The captain's the captain. If you've got such a problem with it, you could always run for captain and make a rule about entering and leaving through windows yourself. Not that I know how it really works.

It is patently obvious you are unaware of how the hierarchical rank system within Starfleet works.

I do not require the rank of captain to create rules about the use of the window of my personal quarters.
