thorns just stares and says again, completely deadpan, to the person freaking out behind him. ]

but no, evidence of what he's been up to is pretty much everywhere. he's back to working on inventory after applying everything he'd and thorns talked about. overall, he's managed to be productive even after being cooped up… amazing what a little sleep will do for you. ]

[ they would constantly go to thorns and ask him to commune with the spirit, he can picture it so well. he may have become more open to getting to know people but he still has limits. ]

[ he lifts a brow as he starts tidying the area. one book is left open, the culmination of today's work neatly bookmarked before he presses it into thorns' hands. ]

[ there might be a few mistakes, chalked up to this being his first time doing any of this, but all things considered, it is probably a pretty solid attempt. still, he rocks on his heels, occasionally glancing over at thorns. it is the look of someone who wants to be told he'd done well…
