it's fine. it's all good. they can return and thank god it is the middle of the night so no one would be deranged enough to be wandering out here. but once they are back to their belongings, thorns will just dress the two of them. ]

also, the odds of elysium wandering off are basically zero; he's going to cling to thorns the entire night. when you lose a part of yourself, the rest of you is there to naturally fill the gap.

but since thorns is taking care of docybara, elysium can make himself a lil useful by being the ones to feed them. for now, this arrangement is fine… he starts a fire. ]

well, it's fine. at least feeding the doctor isn't time consuming since he is a simple child, so it does not take too long for him to wander back to where elysium is. hi. ]

[ do you want elysium to explode. it's been a while since he's exploded. the powder keg just gets worse the longer it takes for it to happen.

but he immediately hands thorns a canteen of water like clockwork. ]

Hydration check! It'll take a few more minutes to heat up the soup.

[ docybara's resilience is kind of incredible. he's been through so much and yet he continues to thrive…

We can. Did you want to stop by another village, or go straight to the next town? I was thinking we could take our time in Yan, since we'll have to cross the outskirts of Ursus or Kazdel to get to where we want to go.

We can probably just go straight to the next town. It's always a coin toss on reception to smaller villages.

[ they are either the friendliest people you will ever meet or they will hate you, there is no in between. and if they're only stopping by to rest, a large town will be easier to get through without anyone asking any questions. ]

It'll be easier to potentially restock on nay supplies as well.
