the next morning is a decent indicator of just how much work elysium has been doing through the night. things haven't quite blown up since there's only so much one man can do, but there is a certain frenetic energy hanging in the air over things that should've been done not being done.

people are wondering if the ghost is upset over the potatoes. ]

well, thorns needs to take note of this. on one hand it's nice that elysium does so much but on the other he is truly ruining his sleep schedule this way. perhaps they need to put a stop to the ghost adventures soon...

but he will leave breakfast for elysium on the desk as he hurries off to do his job. ]

[ he gets a normal amount of sleep… he just gets them at the wrong times… and by that, his sleep crimes are no worse than thorns'. still, it takes him until late afternoon to wake up, so depending on what thorns has left out for him it may be cold.
