he moves quietly, as he always does. but a small, traitorous part of him hopes thorns is still awake, even though he knows it's probably better if he isn't.

but his bedroom door is open, and he's sitting at his desk, typing away. so whenever elysium walks down the hallway, he will see him unless he suddenly goes blind the exact moment he neads his doorway. ]
